products (portable shishas and related accessories), we apply a strict no-refund policy, except
under the conditions expressly stated below. Refunds are granted only if all requirements are fully
met. Any request that does not comply with these conditions will be automatically rejected.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must: – Submit a written request to
refund@maison-elyra.com within 7 days of receiving the product. – Provide clear and verifiable
proof (photos and videos) showing that the product has never been used, opened, or assembled. –
As soon as the package is received, the customer must record a complete unboxing video to prove
the exact condition of the product at delivery. Without this video, the refund request will be
automatically rejected. – Return the product in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging. –
Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice). Any product that has been opened, tested,
used, or unsealed is strictly non-refundable, for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Inspection and Approval
All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by Maison Elyra. Refunds will only be
approved if the inspection confirms that the product is in perfect condition, unopened, and returned
in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, no refund will be issued and
the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: – Products that are opened, used, damaged, or
altered. – Products returned without prior authorization from Maison Elyra. – Requests made after
the 7-day period. – Subjective reasons such as: “I changed my mind,” “I don’t like the product,” etc.
5. Refund Process
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the
purchase (Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Initial
shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Final Decision
Maison Elyra reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision on all refund requests. This
policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the company from fraudulent or abusive
